Preview Service
With the Preview Service you can commission us to provide a detailed report on one particular property, rather than engage us to undertake a full homesearch.
For a one-off fee we will look at any house on your behalf, provide a factual report supported by digital pictures and an unbiased assessment of the property. This will save you a lot of time and trouble, travelling miles to see a property which looks good on paper – but in reality could be a disappointment – or if you simply cannot find the time to make the visit.
Our fee for this service is £350 including VAT. If the property previewed fails to meet your expectations, with a further payment of £400 you can jump from being a Preview Service client to becoming a full client with The County Homesearch Company and receive our comprehensive homefinding service.
