This could save you a lot of time and trouble, travelling miles to see a property which looked good on paper, but ended in disappointment.

Our fee for this special one-off preview service is £350 including VAT (or € equivalent)

What’s more, if the property previewed is not right, you can, with a further payment of £150 (or € equivalent) top up the preview service fee and become registered for the full buying service.
