Directors of four County Homesearch Company offices, were honoured to receive the coveted and prestigious title of Best Property Finder in the Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2007 – the Oscars for the industry.

The awards were announced and received at a packed Presentation Dinner, held on Friday 5th October at the London Royal Lancaster Hotel.

The aim of these awards is to distinguish the highest levels of achievement in a range of property related fields. It is a badge of merit from an independent organisation. In order to achieve the award the company was required to demonstrate excellence in all areas including business and customer service initiatives and the portfolio presented included testimonials from happy clients.

The judging committee of experts, all pre-eminent in their area of the property field is chaired by Eric Pickles who is joined each year by a selection of property journalists, architects, interior designers, sponsors and professional associations to judge the contest. Judges are impartial, and award points solely on the basis of the entries, with no value attached to prior reputation or other issues.
