Established in 1988, The County Homesearch Company now has offices throughout the UK and a constantly expanding group of overseas offices covering Ireland, and South Africa with more offices due to open shortly.

Estate agents act in the best interests of the vendor – we are entirely independent and represent only the interests of property buyers or tenants. This means that at all times we are focused solely on the needs of our clients.

We were the first company of its type and one of the very few to be awarded the ISO9001 certificate for high quality management and are the lead homefinders for the Channel 4 TV series ‘Location, Location, Location’.

As indicated by the quality of the unsolicited comments we receive in the press and from former clients, a significant proportion of our business is gained through referrals and recommendations.
