North Warwickshire
With picturesque countryside and some of the oldest and most historic towns, this area includes the birthplace of William Shakespeare….Stratford-upon-Avon with its famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the medieval town of Warwick, with its castle providing the seat of one of England’s most influential dynasties as well as its racecourse and renowned university. Other centres include Kenilworth and the Georgian spa town of Leamington Spa. The villages and towns are set between the Midlands conurbation, Coventry and the Cotswold Hills and provide an appealing location for those commuting to work in the any of the more commercial centres. The town of Solihull although part of the Birmingham conurbation is very much allied to this area and provides some outstanding quality housing.
