Perthshire

Perthshire is the geographical centre of Scotland straddling both the Highlands and Lowlands and is home to many glens, lochs, and mountains. There’s a good mix of housing from rural cottages, to town houses, to country estates.

Set on the banks of the river Tay, the fair city of Perth is in the heart of Scotland. The Tay is famed for its salmon fishing, and being Scotland’s longest river, there should be plenty fishing on offer!

Perth is just under an hour by road from Edinburgh, meaning you benefit from the intimacy of a living in a small town, or in the countryside, yet you’re not far from the city for business and cultural needs. Perthshire is also home to several independent schools.
