Lytham

Traditionally known as a retirement or golfing town, Lytham’s image has changed significantly in recent years and now also attracts families and business people wanting to live by the coast but retain easy access to centres of employment like Preston.

Locally there is a good mix of specialist shops, boutiques a Booths supermarket, a vibrant cafe and restaurant culture as well as a library, post office, art studio and good schools.

Golf is still a major attraction with 4 courses nearby including the Royal Lytham and St Annes which hosts the Open Championship.

There are good rail and bus links to Preston and Blackpool and the M55 provides quick access to the M6.  Blackpool airport with flights to Ireland, Jersey and other European destinations is 15 minutes away.
