We are the largest independent property finder in the UK with over 20 year’s experience. Our reputation is such that we are frequently asked for comment by the national press and our expert local knowledge ensures we negotiate the best possible deals for our clients. We have also been regular winners of The Daily Mail Property Awards and in 2010 won the Bloomberg International Property Finder of the Year Award.
What budget do you need to use your services?
Property prices vary across the country and no two home searches are the same. If you are interested in using our services you should contact the office which covers your preferred location to discuss your specific requirements and they will be able to advise if they think your budget is adequate.
How do you find houses which aren’t already on the market?
Over 20 years The County Homesearch Company has built up an excellent reputation with all types of property professionals including estate agents, surveyors and conveyancers. These relationships enable us to hear about properties before they reach the open market.
There are also some vendors who prefer to sell their properties discreetly and they come to us to see if we have clients with requirements that match their properties.
How can you help if I don’t want a full homesearch service?
We can offer a range of services to our clients including:
Orientation – if you are relocating to an area you are unfamiliar with we can provide an area tour to help you identify the location and schools which will be best for you and your family.
Preview – if you have seen a property that you think is suitable, but are unable to visit it yourself due to distance or lack of time we can do so on your behalf and provide you with a comprehensive, photographic report.
Negotiation – If you have already decided on the property you wish to purchase we will be happy to use our negotiating skills on your behalf to ensure you secure it at the best possible price.
Bespoke Services – We are always happy to discuss client’s requirements and if necessary tailor our services to meet them.
