What Does It Cost?

We have a simple performance-related fee structure.

Fees for the service provided in South Africa comprise an initial registration fee of £500 or equivalent SA Rand (inclusive of VAT) followed by 2.5% of the purchase price (plus VAT) Fees for the acquisition of building plots and properties for refurbishment will depend upon the specific requirements and should be discussed with the individual office.

Credit card facilities are available for the payment of registration fees.
