The EMMA award and Cartus Masters Cup
Whilst attending the Cartus & Employee Relocation Council (ERC) meetings in Denver, the County Homesearch Company was delighted to have been awarded the highly coveted Cartus Masters Cup. This award is for providing the highest level of service to Cartus and its clients, and we are proud to announce that it is the first time it has ever left America.
Whilst in Denver, we were also delighted to be awarded the “Service Innovation Award” from Cartus for these monthly Market Reviews, as well as a Customer Services award from Lexicon Relocation. And finally, last month in the Daily Telegraph we learnt that we have been shortlisted, and have in fact won, an EMMA, one of the Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards from the Forum for Expatriate Management – the Oscars of the global mobility profession!
Chairman Jonathan Haward says “We are absolutely thrilled to have won these fantastic awards which really validate all the effort we have made, not only maintaining the ISO standard we gained 10 years ago, but taking this a step further and ensuring that the company has achieved the industry specific Eura Quality Seal across all our 20 branches.
